شروط الاستخدام
باستخدامك mzad.ae فأنت توافق على ما يلي:
- mzad.ae مزوّد تقني — لسنا المُزاد ولا بائعاً ولا طرفاً في أي صفقة بيع.
- شركة المزاد هي المسؤولة عن أصنافها، وقواعد مزادها، وتسوية المدفوعات مع البائعين والمزايدين. لا تمر الأموال عبر mzad.ae في هذه المرحلة.
- المزايدة الإلكترونية التزام جاد؛ تحتفظ المنصة بسجل زمني موثوق للمزايدات والنتائج.
- يُمنع استخدام المنصة لأصناف محظورة نظاماً أو مخالفة لقوانين دولة الإمارات.
- نبذل جهداً معقولاً لاستمرارية البث، دون ضمان عدم الانقطاع أثناء المرحلة التجريبية.

Terms of Use
- mzad.ae is a technology provider — we are not the auctioneer, not a seller, and not a party to any sale.
- The auction company is responsible for its items, its auction rules, and settlement of payments with sellers and bidders. No money flows through mzad.ae at this stage.
- An electronic bid is a serious commitment; the platform keeps a reliable timestamped record of bids and outcomes.
- The platform may not be used for items prohibited under UAE law.
- We make reasonable efforts for stream continuity, without guaranteeing uninterrupted service during the pilot phase.
